AMAZING and it looks beautiful with little effort. I followed the recipe exactly, but omitted the dill because I don't like it. It didn't last long. Since then, I have made it with different fillings and it is delicious. Thank you for sharing!

"Zuccotto" Cupcakes

Followed this recipe almost exactly. Only used fresh raspberries instead of frozen. These are the most delicious cupcakes I have ever had. They are very time consuming, but absolutely amazing. If you don't have a pastry bag for the filling or frosting, scoop it into a freezer bag, clip the corner, and squeeze. Thank you for sharing, Kayla!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Awesome. Have made several times. Once, I used mango barbeque sauce and served on hawaiian bread, and made bbq chicken sliders. Definitely a keeper.

Greek Avgolemono Chicken Soup

Really good. Careful with the lemon... 2 was pretty strong. Had to dilute with chicken broth and a couple more eggs. Try one, then add the second if necessary.

Homemade Butter

You can also put this in baby food jars, give it to the kids and let them shake it until it turns into butter. Takes a while, but keeps them busy, and they can help you cook!

Very good, but I think it needs a little more seasoning. It was a little blah. I ended up adding some basil, garlic, and a little seasoned salt. Other than that it was a good start to an excellent meal.

Tom Yum Koong Soup

Wow! My family loved this recipe! Absolutely delicious. I omitted the chiles and went easy on the chili paste as I am not big on really spicy food. I recommend adding a little spice at a time and tasting to ensure it doesn't get too spicy.

Asparagus Wrapped in Crisp Prosciutto

Pretty good, but kind of on the salty side. I squeezed some fresh lemon juice on top just before serving to subside the salty flavor and that seemed to help. Will probably make again.
