Cranberry Sauce
This is the BEST cranberry sauce I've EVER had! I made it with with a few adjustments. I took the advice of another reviewer and added Grand marnier, 1/4 cup per 12 oz. cranberries and cut the orange juice to 3/4 cup per 12 oz. cranberries.(I doubled the recipe). I aslo added the zest of one lemon to the orange juice, sugar, grand marnier mixture. After adding the cranberries, I added about a half cup of candied orange peel, I made them especially for this recipe. I think I have died and gone to HEAVEN! I can't wait for Thanksgiving this year, if it is this good now, I can only imagine what it will taste like after having a day or 2 to set up in the fridge :)
