Cranberry Apple Raisin Stuffing

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2007
Yummy if you like fruity stuffing like I do. It makes the house smell good too. I could only get French bread, so it was a little soggy. I should have bought the bread earlier and let it get more stale.

Microwave Chicken Teriyaki

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2007
I just poured teriyaki sauce over some chicken breasts and microwaved on medium for 15 minutes (microwaving meat on high makes it taste funny to me). I served it with brown rice and mixed vegetables. Pretty good for a microwave meal.

Smushed Apples and Sweet Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2006
Yummy. The apples didn't get soft in the time it said to cook them, so next time I'll probably cut them smaller and cook longer.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2006
I thought this was very good for how easy it was. The pork came out very tender and moist, and it had a good flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

Corn, Sweet Onion, and Tomato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2006
I liked this salad--it was the perfect accompaniment to my tortilla soup. I don't think I used the full amount of vinegar though.

Mango Madness Salad

Reviewed: May 24, 2006
This was okay, but I didn't like the cilantro as much as I thought I would. I wonder how it would taste with mint.

I liked this and am glad to have a light alfredo recipe. I added some chicken and summer squash to the leftovers.

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2006
This was so moist and delicious! I used a cake mix that already had pudding in it, so I didn't add any more pudding mix. I also doubled the almond extract, like some other reviewers did. Yum-my! It was perfect!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2006
Delicious! I reduced the sugar to 1/4 because I have sensitive teeth, and I reduced the oil to 1/4 to match the vinegar. Loved the strawberries! I used almost the exact recipe, but with cranberries, in the fall.
