Clara's White German Chocolate Cake

Baked Tilapia

This was easy and so good! I followed the others advice and sprayed the bottom of my pan with Pam instead of the olive oil. Thanks for a great recipe.

Just made this and it turned out wonderful-I did as the other reviewers suggested and added less sugar and more butter (and more cocoa). I didn't measure how much milk I put in, just used enough to make the consistency smooth. I also added vanilla and almond extract. I hand mixed this and it did not turn out "grainy" at all.

Creamy Caramel Flan

This is absolutely delicious! I like the cream cheese in the mixture-definitely gives it a richer taste than traditional flan.

Creamy Banana Bread

The cream cheese adds a slightly different texture, but I still prefer a more traditional banana bread-I agree with one of the other raters who said that there wasn't much banana flavor (I used three bananas)

This is a good recipe if you don't want to make a chocolate cake from scratch. Although it was delicious, you can taste that it is made from a Devils Food Cake mix.

Peanut Butter Chip Cookies III

Just got these out of the oven and they are delicious! The recipe is good as is, but if you want a little more peanut butter flavor maybe go for a full cup instead of 2/3c.
