LOVE THIS RECIPE! My Grandma has made this almost exact versions since I was little, so I was shocked to see it on here. I have a couple changes that make it perfect. I mix in 1 tsp of cinnamon with the sweet potatoes and only one egg because two seems to make it too soupy. I also just use a wooden spoon to break it down and not a blender because we like it to not be too pureed. I add a little more sweet potatoes and use a 8x11 glass baking dish. Even my Boyfriend likes these and he never likes any sweet potatoes.
