Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
Ultra sweet...but what do you expect with all that sugar. Anyway for those who stated that it was gritty, you MUST sift the powdered/confectioners sugar while mixing the ingredients. It makes all the difference.

Sticky Monkey Brains

Reviewed: May 23, 2009
Awesome recipe! Great way to use up biscuit dough. I only had two cans so I used a loaf pan. I did as one reviewer suggested and coated with butter before coating with cinnamon sugar. With the leftover butter I mixed in brown sugar and poured it over. I baked for 35min and it came out wonderful! Husband and sons gobbled it up for breakfast. Will definitely make again.

Simply a great recipe. I didn't have garlic powder but I did have powdered Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and it tasted wonderful. Will definitely make again.

Thai Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
I have made this recipe twice. Was even told by my dh that was great the next day for his lunch. My only problem is that the coating always explodes off the chicken. I think I need to make sure to dry the chicken before putting it in the marinade. Will definitely make again.

Maple Salmon

Crazy easy and the salmon turned out perfect. Was really afraid that it would be too sweet, but that was not the case. Thanks sharing this wonderful recipe.

This was soo great to make. I sang the Casey and the Sunshine Band song, "Shake Your Booty", while my kids and I shook the containers. Now we have a rainbow of colored to sprinkle on our sugar cookies.

I loved this brine. I also stuffed the turkey with halved apples. My turkey was unbelievable juicy. I basted it with sweet Asian chili sauce. It was a great combination.

Excellent recipe...the sauce was yummy and flavorful. Since I did not have potatoes or carrots, I switch it with dried hash brown potatoes and mixed frozen veggies. It worked out great. Thanks will definitely make again and again

Ground Beef Curly Noodle

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
Great recipe to make in a pinch. I had all the ingredients on hand in the pantry. I doubled the noodles like most did. I cooked the noodles in advance but only till it broke apart. It continues to cook when you combine it with the meat mixture. It looked like alot when I was done but it was just the right amount.

Did this recipe with some changes just because this is what I had on hand. Use italian meatballs instead. Recipe pretty much stayed the same except that I doubled it. It was fantastic and got great reviews from family and friends.

This is a great recipe that's really simple to make...I had to be careful and not buy the beef onion soup mix cause it was WAY to salty.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2008
I've made this recipe at least one a week for about a month. It's easy to make changes (1/2 ground beef, 1/2 turkey...) and each time I have been pleased with the results. The only thing I want to add as a novice meat loaf maker is to never use anything other than lean ground beef. I couldn't believe the amount of fat I drained out. Newbie mistake.
