Boston Baked Beans
Too salty between all the bacon and the 2 teaspoons of salt. Disappointing. I followed the directions exactly, added extra liquid when needed. Just way too salty.

Zucchini Patties
I followed the recipe because I'm a firm believer in not tweaking it until after I've made it once. I measured and did not eyeball any of the ingredients and had to add extra eggs to get everything incorporated. I urge everyone to make one pattie, taste it then adjust for salt and consider adding pepper as they are on the bland side. My mother made something similar and I lost her recipe over the years and this one is the closest to hers. They were a big hit as a side dish and there wasn't one left and I doubled the recipe. All in all it's a 5 star recipe.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Follow the recipe exactly and you won't be disappointed. One of the best breads I've made. I replaced my former blueberry bread recipe for this one. Don't let the amount of cinnamon scare you. It's perfect. Bakes nicely as 2 regular size loaves or as the mini loaves. I've made it both ways due to need. Thank you for a wonderful recipe.
