Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: May 16, 2007
Everyone loved this recipe. I added a few strips of bacon and chopped mushrooms. Just like whenever i make quiche my pie crust wasnt deep enough, i will make sure i get a bigger one next time. Also i didnt chop my broccoli as well as i should have. i added an extra little bit of cheese on the top an put it back in the oven for a few minutes. will definatly make this again. Maybe next time i will melt cheese on the vegis before i put them in and use less onion

Cheese Cake Cups

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2006
These where SO easy to make!!! Make sure the rack is not close to the bottom of the oven because either the tops wont cook all the way or the bottoms will end up a little more brown than they should be. Also, i covered the top of half of them with fresh blueberries before cooking them... made them beautiful and tastey. also fresh strawberries on the other half with a strawberry glaze, they really where beautiful on display and very yummy to eat! thanks for the recipe! i will defiantly make these again

very yummy, went down relativly easy...even though we added extra vodka already, next time i would add more...only because it would help them soften up a bit.

Almond Crescents II

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2003
Very yummy, I let them cool completly also before rolling them in the sugar mixture. I added almond extract as well as vanilla. Next time I will add a little bit of sweetener to the cookies, even thought they taste great, they could use a little sugar. Loved the recipe, thanks

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2003
these come out very nice. You want to roll the dough out thin and when you roll it back up make sure it is tight. They look very nice this way. Also, when making the icing, add almond extract in as well as the vanilla. They are very good when they are convered with icing and then stored.

Marble Nut Clusters

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2003
Very good, very simple. You don't really need a recipe to make something like this. I mixed have milk chocolate and half semi-sweet, added a bunch of toffee and ground up almonds, also a macadamia nut on the bottom of each cup and they came out wonderfully

Better than Sex Cookies

These came out excellent! They have a very nice texture, but watch out, they spred out a LOT when you're cooking them. I added a bit more macadamia nuts, any cookie taste better with more nuts

Chocolate Mousse Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2003
This was excellent! I would recommend not using the chocolate waffer crust, only because a basic pie crust really does mediate the rich taste of the filling
