Pan Cream Puff

I love this recipe, but I like a little more pudding. I use two large boxes of pudding and 5 1/4 cups milk instead of the two small boxes and 3 1/2 cups of milk

BREAKSTONE'S Classic Cheesy Potatoes

It is edible, but extremely bland. There is no tang to it even with the sharp cheddar. I was very disappointed.

Best Ever Creamy Soup

I was looking to use up some broccoli and cauliflower that I had and stumbled upon this recipe. I didn't follow the recipe exactly because I just used what was on hand. I added some little bits of grilled chicken. Exciting way to use up my veggies

Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Perfection

Now that I've made this recipe my own, it is my go-to for company. I've made it simpler because I don't actually stuff the chicken. Instead I make plenty of the stuffing mixture and spread it on the bottom of a 13x9 and put thin-cut chicken on top of it and the bread crumbs on top of that. It cuts down a lot on the prep time and you get more of the wonderful stuffing. I serve it over pasta and the extra stuffing makes a wonderful sauce.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

My husband requests this meal frequently. After making way too much sauce the first time, I found that the sauce freezes really well and will easily thaw out for the next time. Now I intentionally double or triple the recipe for the sauce and only make enough chicken for two of us and have enough sauce frozen so that I can skip that step the next time it is requested.

Super Fajita Marinade

I have made this a few times substituting cumin for coriander. Definitely don't marinate as long as suggested especially if using chicken and shrimp. I did steak for 3 hours, add chicken in the last hour and a half, and shrimp when we started the charcoal grill. The taste of lime in the steak was really strong when tasting the steak by itself, but it blended perfectly in a fajita. This is not a marinade for a steak dinner but for fajitas and in fajitas it works.
