Feta Eggs

yummy! I used sun-dried tomatoes as I am not a big fan of fresh tomatoes. Turned out great, added a little more flavor!

Favorite Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2015
Perfect! They stayed soft and plump! So much better than the recipe on the back of the Reece peanut butter chip bag. I made small cookies, and cooked them for 12 minutes. I also added some chocolate chips as I have a bad habit of skimming off the top of the peanut butter ones!

Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2014
This was DELICIOUS!!! It was so simple to make. The only thing I would do different is leave out the salt. I love salt, but for some reason it was too strong. Oh, I used marjoram because I didn't have sage.

Beef and Noodles

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2014
Made it exactly as was written and it was sooooo yummy and the meat was very tender! Cooked it for about 90 minutes. Oh, I did add some garlic when I sauteed the onions. It was delicious! I agree with whomever said there wasn't enough sauce. Next time I will add more beef base and water.

Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2014
I looked at this in the crock-pot and thought "this looks disgusting" but oh my goodness, when I tasted it, it was delicious! I didn't add mushrooms because I can't stand them, so I used cream of mushroom soup. I also didn't add quite as much water as the recipe called for. Some of the comments said it didn't have much flavor, I thought it was perfect!

Excellent! Didn't even use the glaze, although this time I will try it! Even the kids loved it!

Perfect! The only change I made was using bacon instead of ham.

Hot Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2014
I loved it! I thought it was a very elegant salad and the warm dressing topped it off! I did use feta because I love feta and loathe bleu cheese. Nice change from my regular mixed green salad.

Addictive Double Chocolate Mint Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2014
They're really good! I didn't have mint flavoring so I used mint chip and it was perfect. I think next time I will take the advice of another review and try adding more flour for fluffier cookies.

Beef Nacho Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2014
This is really good. Definitely liked the corn in it. I think I would like a half pound more meat and a can of chopped green chilis. I did use taco seasoning and sour cream.

Potato Leek Soup III

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2014
This is the first time I've had potato leek soup and we all loved it! I followed the advice of earlier reviews as to using only a half cup of butter and I used half and half instead of heavy cream, added the minced garlic and some onion powder. It was perfect. Oh yes, I also used my mixer to break down the potato chunks a little more. The kids loved it as much as the adults.

Cauliflower Couscous

This was delicious! I ended up cooking it for the entire suggested time. Followed the recipe exact except that I left out the olives. Definitely worth the extra time.

Lemon Trout

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2013
The people who actually catch/eat the fish in this house absolutely loved this recipe! I followed the one review that said to cut the dry ingredients in half and I had the perfect amount of flour mix. I also used lemon flavored olive oil which seemed to add to the flavor.
