I used to bring this dip to parties years ago and was happy to find it again. I made a few changes: Use cilantro/tomato instead of salsa, add 5 mashed avocados mixed with lime juice and garlic, cooked the refried beans in some bacon fat and added garlic...then whipped in a little milk to make it creamy. Top with roasted green chilies, tomatoes, olives,a little bit of onion and mexican cheese.
Then, go on a serious diet for about 3 days because this recipe is full of calories and fat...but very good!
