Meatball Nirvana
These were one of the best meatballs I've made. I didn't feel like chopping up onion and my boyfriend is not a big fan of onion so I substituted with a little bit of onion salt. I used cayenne pepper instead of franks red hot sauce because i didn't have any on hand. As another reviewer stated i subbed the milk for 1 egg with no problem. I also filled the meatballs with mozzerella cheese and cooked them in a skillet with some oil. They would be even better if they were stuffed with mozzerella and ricotta cheese!

Ginger Chili Citrus Salmon
this was very flavorful! I marinated the salmon for 2 and a half hours. Then i baked the salmon in the oven (at 350 degrees) with all the marinade in a baking dish because other reviewers said they wished they had used all the marinade. This is the first time i've ever cooked salmon and it was a great hit with the boyfriend as well! I served the salmon with a side of asian stir fry.

Aussie Chicken
I made this for my boyfriend on valentines day. He loved it! He wished I had made more of the honey mustard sauce to dip the chicken in afterwards. I took advice from some of the previous reviewers and cooked the bacon in a skillet, then I sauteed the mushrooms & chopped onions (I didn't have onion flakes) in the bacon fat and some butter (i drained a little of the bacon fat out first so it wasn't too greasy). This way only one skillet gets dirty. Personally I would just use a honey mustard sauce from the store but my boyfriend seemed to like it better than the ones at the store. So its just a matter of preference, I think this sauce tasted sweeter than store bought honey mustard.
