Marinated Flank Steak

Great on thin breakfast steaks with this on it and baked a half hour. I used 1/2 of the amount of vinegar and used regular vinegar as didn't have red wine vinegar.

Whole Grain Breakfast Cookies

YUMMY! I did the following...Grind up the oatmeal for a less granola texture. Also sub out the wheat flour with more ground oats. I use my Blendtec and that ground up my walnuts good. Replaced Canola oil with one banana and 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil. 2 Eggs. No brown sugar but either honey or agave 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons. I also chop up my chips. I also sometimes use ground up cashews in place of the almond butter. My husband could tell these are "healthy" cookies so I am going to see what else I can sub that's UNDETECTABLE. :)

Sheesh our mouths were burning, next time will half the cayenne! But wonderful authentic flavor. Also I used a coconut, chia almond milk combo milk to cut down the fat and you couldn't tell. Used ginger powder and ground cumin as didn't have those others on hand. Wonderful and thank you for posting this!!!

Simple Turkey Chili

"Awesome" per my family. I added one diced Poblano pepper and sautéed with the onion. I substituted 2 cups chicken broth for water and pureed one 28 oz can of pinto beans in place of kidney beans. Added one 15 oz can of drained black beans but didn't puree as my family likes some texture. Family said "Most awesome chili ever and has a lot of kick". Not for those who can't handle some heat though. :)
