West African Peanut Soup
I thought the taste was phenomenal! So different from anything I have ever tasted, but made with ingredients I eat almost every day! Warm, comforting, creamy, with a hint of spice.... BUT, since it was such a different taste I was pretty much the only one who liked it. Therefore, in reference to being a crowd-pleaser I have rated it 4 stars.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars
I wanted a bar that was so thick it looked like pie. Following the other reviews I ended up with just that! They didn't even need the frosting, but they sure do taste good with it! Later when the frosting is gone, but you still have a few bars left in the fridge, they make a great snack!

Coconut Bread Pudding
Mmmmm....Beautiful! Don't know why I never thought of coconut in bread pudding before, but this is very tasty. When I made this tonight I added some pineapple tidbits with their juice like another reviewer said. I think it's a little acidic, so next time I will drain the pineapple. I halved the sugar and the the sweetness was perfect!
