Peanut Butter Pie VIII
This was exactly what I was looking for!! Making this pie was also a lot easier than I thought it would be. The change I made was to omit the meringue for the top and used Dream Whip. If you're very careful to chill the pie (after adding filling) and the Dream Whip (after whipping according to box directions) completely before topping, the result is pretty appealing--especially if you're not great with meringue.

Sausage Gravy I
This was really easy and had a pretty good taste. I think it does need a heavier seasoned sausage than I used, or maybe just some extra seasonings in the gravy. I did double this recipe just to make sure I had enough, and the little that was left over reheated well if you add just a little milk.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
I used this recipe as a spring board for scalloped potatoes. I used onion powder, twice the ham, extra cheese, and cream of potato soup. It was tasty, and received pretty good reviews from the family. My only complaint would be that it took so long to cook-I went way over the four hours. I can say it's a great way to use up ham leftovers, and I'll probably make this agian soon.
