Baby BLT
Made this for a New Year's Eve party last night. It was simple to make. I took some of the other reviewer's suggestions and used half mayo and half cream cheese. I substituted cilantro for the parsley. (personal preference) And I cheated with the bacon and used Hormel bacon bits. They were very good, and were eaten up very quickly. Thanks for a great appetizer.

Salami, Cream Cheese, and Pepperoncini Roll-Ups
I made this recipe for an "end of the world party" last night. Fortunately the world didn't end, but these appetizers didn't survive! They went quick. People loved 'em. I made some exactly as the recipe was written. And I made some with a few changes. Very versatile recipe. Thanks!

Cherry Crisp
I doubled this recipe and made it exactly as written, except I cut in cold butter in the topping instead of using melted margarine. I thought it was very good. I also prefer it cold, out of the refrigerator. Yum!
