Indian Sweet Bread

As good as any banana bread I've eaten anywhere. I made this for a dinner party and it was a success. I did change the recipe just a bit. I only used 1 1/2 cups of flour because I was low on flour. I used a bit less banana and added 1/4 cup of organic vanilla yogurt. I used 1/2 cup of white sugar and a bit of brown sugar & sprinkled brown sugar on top. Everyone loved it. In fact I promised to make more this week for a coworker's last day.

Broccoli Cheese Bake

I love it! I used swiss cheese. I ate this over basmati rice. Next time I'm going to add homemade spätzle to the mixture before I put it in to bake. I've also considered adding grated carrot, just for the extra color, but one step at a time. Can't wait to try this out on family or friends.
