Orange Chicken Stir Fry
I followed the recipe but used 1/2 c OJ and 2 minneolas squeezed to make 1 cup of OJ. I did not use any sprouts or noodles but served with rice. I also threw in chopped broccoli when the sauce boiled and covered for about 3 minutes. I think leaving out the salt would be fine but it didn't taste too salty.

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham
This was very easy and everyone loved it. I bought sliced pineapples in juice and used that juice in the recipe. I scored the skin of the ham, brushed on the glaze, and then put the pineapple slices on the ham with toothpicks. I baked the ham the entire time with the glaze and had to baste it about every half hour. After about 2&1/2 hours I covered it with aluminum foil b/c it was getting dark.

Almond Mandarin Salad
It was very good and i would make it againbut with a little less paprika. I added some lemon juice which tasted very good in it. I wasn't a fan of hot sauce in it so I think I'd use crushed red pepper. I used a half bag of craisins. I thought red leaf lettuce worked great.
