Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)
Definitely follow the others advise. This recipe needs at least 1 tbs of cumin. I also thickened my soup a bit with corn starch.

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo
I substituted one can of Ro Tel and added sliced andouille sausage with the onions. Was fabulous. Keeps great in a freezer bag for the most amazing left-overs. Must serve with corn bread. Thank you.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Made this last night with wild rice. Delicious. I followed other advise and doubled the sauce recipe and recommend that to everyone. The taste and flavor were excellent!
