BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

This is such an easy recipe and our entire family loves this. I do modify this by using a roast instead of ribs. Use your favorite BBQ sauce and you won't be disappointed!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Tasty and moist chicken! I replaced half the butter with olive oil and used italian seasoned bread crumbs instead of regular. Thanks!

These are just like the kolaches I've been enjoying for years in Central Texas, minus the hash browns. The dough is the key ingredient in this recipe, you can add many different things as the filling. We love smoked sausage and cheese. Jalepenos are also great with those. Thanks so much for this recipe, it's fantastic!

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is a great dish. I did end up using only 1/3 C. of wine since that's all I had. It seemed to be enough though. Definitely a keeper!

Cavatelli and Broccoli

This was an easy and quick meal. I only used 1/4 C. of olive oil and added about a 1/3 C. of chicken broth. It does need a good bit of salt. I'm always looking for new recipes that use broccoli since my 4 year old loves it. He approved so we'll keep this one around.
