Luck o' the Irish Brownie
Outstanding!! I made these for the first time for a St. Patty's Day party. Looked great, tasted even better. I did add extra peppermint extract and green food coloring, based on looks & taste when mixing together. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. My friends took some home to their kids and got rave reviews.

Angel Chicken Pasta
This is a GREAT dish! The only changes I made were: Doubled the sauce (all except the salad dressing mix) and used fettuccine noodles. I baked the chicken in the sauce, took the chicken out of the sauce after baking and sliced it into nice thin pieces. I mixed the noodles & sauce together & put the sliced chicken on top to serve it. It stayed in the oven on warm a few minutes while I got the rest of the meal together. Looked awesome and tasted even better. Planning to make it for an entire varsity boys swim team & they are gonna love it! (Will be multiplying the sauce by 6 and noodles by 4!) Great company dish!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Wonderful Mac & Cheese! My husband asked me to make homemade macaroni & cheese because he loved his mother's. He said this was the BEST he'd ever had! :) I made it exactly as written but used the hollow, spiral noodles. Doubled the recipe to have leftovers for lunch. Served as a main dish with broccoli. Also, I mixed it together early in the morning, refrigerated it, and popped it in the oven for dinner. Great, easy meal!! Thank you.
