This is the 3rd year in a row that I have made this tasty dish! Being that 3rd times a charm, I finally found what makes this recipe such a hit. First, it is MUCH better taste wise and consistancy wise to bake your potatoes wrapped in foil for 1-2 hours, depending on size. I also found that it needs more potatoes if you don't want a runny casserole. And finally, at least double the crumb topping. I also used both Slenda Brown and White sugar and wheat flour!!! I personally thought it tasted even better. I couldn't get enough reviews. Even my 1 yr. old nephew was gobbling this down.
