Buttercream Icing
This recipe is in my head! I make it ALL the time! It says to beat the powered sugar in one cup at a time, you REALLY need to do that or you won't get the right consistency. I know because I just dumped it all in one time ( yes, I got surrounded by a cloud powered sugar) and it didn't turn out right. Also, make sure to use a good quality shortening. Don't use anything to oily, like crisco. It make the frosting to melty and you have to add more powdered sugar, which makes it WAY too sweet. Great recipe!!!

Jalapeno Popper Mushrooms
Great recipe!!! I don't even remember how many times I've made this recipe! But I do remember that each time I made it, it was a hit! It's a cross between two of the best appetizers in the WORLD! Bacon-wrapped jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and stuffed mushrooms. You will have to double this recipe! Eight mushrooms won't be enough!!!

Seven Layer Dip I
This recipe is AMAZING!!!! I took it to a party and everyone loved it!!! I would suggest seasoning the ground beef though, it gives it way more flavor! Just be careful not to over season! There are so many amazing flavors in this dish that you don't want to overpower. I made mine in a trifle dish and the presentation was nice but it was kinda hard to serve. Next time I think I'll make it in a casserole dish or a shallow bowl. Can't wait to make it again! BEST SEVEN LAYER DIP EVER!!!!!
