Harvest Salad

I have to agree! Fabulous! I'm trying to find new and wonderful salad ideas, and this one is hard to move on from because it is SO good. I'm not a blue cheese fan so I used reduced fat feta, and it is still wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing it!

Strawberry and Feta Salad

My husband and I don't agree on many food items, but we both really enjoyed this salad. We did use cider vinegar instead... I just can't buy another vinegar bottle! Very, very good. And a nice short cut, buy the almonds already roasted and packaged in the salad area. Will definitly put in our favorites!

Best Lemonade Ever

Very, very good! I even used 2 oranges, and the rest lemons, and it is still wonderful. I guess it is the boiling and cooling that makes all the difference?? I don't know, and I was sceptical, but it really is good. Hope you like it as much as we do!

Fruit Dip I

I LOVED this fruit dip, and was so pleasantly surprised by the taste that the cream cheese and marshmellow creme made together. My husband and I though, we have different tastes, and he thought this dip was just ok! That amazed me and I could have eaten the whole thing, but whatever! I think most people would love it, especially if you have a sweet tooth.

Beef Enchiladas II

This is pretty darn good! I did kind of think it was going to be a little easier (not that it is hard, it's just that I am REALLY lazy, and this did take a little effort). Also, I imagine that it can realy very in taste depending on the enchilada sauce mix that you use. I noticed one review said to beware that you also need a can of tomatoe paste to mix with the enchilada sauce mix, and mine didn't take that, so obviously there are different varieties. Very good recipe though! My husband loved it, and he rarely loves anything. Will make again, that is for sure! Thanks!

Brie Cheese Appetizer

This is a very good brie recipe. Some advice, make sure you bake it on a pan that has sides, so that if the pastry brakes open, the oils from the cheese don't melt all over your oven (speaking from experience). 2 of the 3 times I have made it the pasty has broken open while baking, which makes it messy, but it is still worth making! It is a very yummy mix. I have received many complements on it. I think next time I will try using half a wheel of brie, so the pasty wraps around the whole thing and I can wrap it a little more loosely so that maybe it won't break! Good luck and Bon Appetite!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

I am embarressed about how easy this recipe and its ingredients are to make. None the less, people LOVE it! And you can easily make it low fat with light or non-fat whipped topping and sugar-free non-fat pudding. It is a winner on taste, although my husband and I like it better with the honey graham crackers.

Best Spinach Dip Ever

I doubted this recipe...boy was I wrong! I have brought it to many parties, and everytime people have ended up raving about it! I added a little more spinich and thought it added a little more color and texture. Great recipe!
