I made these Tuesday evening (11/15) for breakfast club (11/16) at my job & everyone LOVED THEM!!! They re-heat great with no problem. Rather than placing them directly in the muffin tin I used foil cupcake liners (found at any local grocer). They were a lifesaver for preventing any spills or overflow while baking. I also took others advice & stayed away from Grands biscuits & used regular butter flake biscuits. I made one slight change after following the receipe & finding the first batch to be a little dryer than I prefer. In a seperate skillet, I made a small batch of white gravy to place at the bottom of my biscuit cups before adding the filling. To die for does not begin to explain just how great they were. I will be making these again for sure & experiment with different variations.
