Cake Mix Cinnamon Rolls

I made this with just 2 packages of yeast, 5 cups of flour, french vanilla cake mix instead of white, and added about 3 Tbsp. softened butter to the dough. The results were fabulous.

Spaghetti Pie II

I made this for my coworkers, who all raved. I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage, and I think I liked it better that way. Plus, I made too much spaghetti, so I layered it in a 13 x 9 pan instead of a pie pan, and it worked great.

Savory Crescent Chicken

I've used this recipe before, but tonight I didn't follow the recipe for the chicken filling and I like my version better! I mixed lite cream cheese spread with sour cream and a little mayo for the creamy base, then added the chicken. For spice, I added lots of dill, basil, pepper, and onion powder. These ingredients together added a nice creaminess with a little kick.
