Absolutely loved it!!!! I didn't have diced tomatoes, so I used Italian stewed tomatoes and it was awesome. I'm making it again next week!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2011
This was the BEST chicken I ever made! My family loves it so much, they want me to make it every week! I added a maple seasoning blend to the rub ingredients and it was so fantastic. I also used this rub on a pork loin roast (slow roasted as well) and it came out juicy and perfect. Thanks so much for this fabulous recipe!!!!!!

I took the suggestion of other reviews and added two packets of the dressing mix to a 3lb rump roast and it was fantastic! My husband loved it so much he said he wants this at least twice a month. If you love hot beef sandwiches, this is a recipe you must try. Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!!!

Cranberry Upside-Down Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
I've made this cake several times and it always comes out perfectly! It's great as a holiday dessert or anytime with a cup of coffee. In the fall I stock up on cranberries and freeze them, so I can make this any time of year.

Kyle's Cucumber Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
This recipe is cool and refreshing. . .great on a summer afternoon. The only thing I did different is I beat the cream cheese, lemon, dill, salt and garlic powder together and then hand mixed in the cucumber and cheese. Its so good and I received many compliments on this dip. Thanks Kyle, you rock!

Grandma Peggy's Lemon Ice

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2014
Wow! This is super good and so easy! I made it exactly as stated, except I put it in my ice cream maker after the freeze/stir process; then I put the mixture in an airtight container and let freeze completely. It's wonderfully creamy, tart, sweet and refreshing. This is definately a keeper. I can't wait to try orange! Thanks for sharing ECULVER!

Easy Homemade Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2013
This recipe is so easy! I made this by measuring by weight, not cups - 2 oz. WW flour and 16 oz. AP flour. The dough is a bit sticky but it rolled out well and I didn't have any problems with it. My family loved the pizza (sausage and peppers) and has asked me to make this again soon.

Almond Cranberry Brittle

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2012
This is a good recipe except next time I will add the fruit and nuts later in the cooking process. The cranberries came out really chewy, so the brittle is a little hard to eat. I will definitely make this again.
