Curried Carrot Soup

Needed a bit of salt. It was a bit bland, but still good. I will try again, but will add a few extra spices.

Was looking for a "different" type of chicken soup and found this. Never tried anything like it, but it sounded interesting. Turned out to be excellent. Whole family liked it. Only thing it may need is a pinch of salt.

BEST EVER Mac and Cheese

I cooked some onion and bell pepper that had to be used up in the butter and added them to the mix. Other than that, kept it the same. Turned out good, and the leftovers are tasty as well.
