Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Roast

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2011
Unbelievable! So incredibly good. Only thing I did different was add 1/2 C molasses. Cooked it for 8 hours on high in crock pot. I did not know that pork butt came with a bone so I was a bit leary of using the cooking sauce on sandwiches due to possible bone fragments, something to be aware of. Delicious, tender, easy to prep. Served with Apple coleslaw.

This was a good cake, moister than most but still not as moist as I am hoping to find, still on the search. Nice flavor.

Hearty Multigrain Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
This was good, but I made these adjustments; used 2 C high gluten wheat flour 2 C bread flour. 1/2 C 7 grain blend, 2 Tbsp stone milled whole oats, 2 Tbsps sunflower seeds, 1/2 C brown sugar, 1/2 C molasses. It made a huge loaf so I will split it next time and make it into 2 smaller loaves.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
I havn't tasted this yet as it is still baking and I am not looking forward to it. The dough was way too soupy I had to add about 1 c of wheat flour and it smells like it is way too bland. I will be very surprised if this si good, but will edit my review if it is.

Great recipe. Wonderful texture and air spaces. I thought it was as good as ciabatta made with a sponge.

Never, Never Fail Pie Pastry

My first from scratch pie crust. Absolutely beautiful. The flavor is awesome, flaky and just so good. I used lard and I love that it is not a sweet crust, lends well to sweet fillings.
