DELICIOUS!! My crockpot was buried in a cabinet, so I made a few adjustments. I used about 3 1/2 lbs of boneless ribs. In a pot, I added the ribs, 3/4 can of low sodium beef broth, 3/4 can of beer, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. I let it cook (covered) low and slow in the oven - about 3 hours at 250 degrees. I pulled the pork apart with two forks (soooo tender), drained about 1/2 the liquid and added about 2 bottles of BBQ sauce (1 Jack Daniels & 1 Cattleman's - it's what I had on hand). I stuck it back in the oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. My husband and teenage son couldn't get enough! Still have a ton left over and hope it freezes well for another meal!
