This was my first attempt to make a coconut pie and I must say that I am completely satisfied with how this turned out. Everyone enjoyed it. I did substitute a 1/2 cup of milk for a 1/2 cup of coconut milk to give it a stronger coconut flavor. Great recipe!

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy

This recipe was absolutely awesome!! My turkey was extremely moist and the drippings made for a great gravy. I was skepitical abut using the drippings only so I boiled a few turkey necks with onion and celery in a seperate sauce pan and then just added the turkey drippings to it. Overall this was a huge hit for my Thanksgiving dinner and I will be using it again next year!!

Triple-Cheese Macaroni

This recipe came out very good. It was cheesy and moist. I would have liked for it to have more of a stronger cheese flavor so next time I think I will use a bit more sharp cheddar cheese in the recipe. I made this for my Thanksgiving dinner tonight and it was a huge hit!!
