Chef John's Creme Fraiche
This is a good recipe although I make mine with equal parts sour cream and heavy (whipping) cream. Mix it well and place in an air tight container and leave on your counter top for 24 hrs then refrigerate. Amazing flavor and texture!!

Garlic Kale
This is one of the simplest ways to prepare kale. I've done this forever. As for the garlic, if you want a stronger garlic flavor, mince the garlic. For a milder taste, crush it and remove it when finished cooking the kale.
