Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
These were a huge hit. My husband and friends compared them to GS Thin Mint cookies, but said they were better. I used the andes chips rather than the wrapped thin mints.

I added raisins, craisins, apples, and celery. I used 2 large cans of chicken and served with crackers.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
AWESOME! I used 2lbs of meat so I added an extra egg. I also added a splash of Worcestershire sauce. I didn't mix in the ketchup but added brown sugar and ketchup on top.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
Pretty good. I doubled it, however next time I will double it but only use 1 can of artichoke hearts. I love artichokes but they are overwhelming in this for my family. We all really love them so that was quite a surprise! I also added 1C chopped Monterrey Jack cheese.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2008
We love this, and it is super easy. I do mix it in a double layer paper bag like others have suggested and that makes it so much easier.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2008
This went over very well with my family. I started it late so I cooked the chicken on high and stirred it from time to time to keep it from drying out. The sauce didn't have enough "bite" to it for my husband and I so I added white cooking wine and sour cream to taste. After those were added it was fantastic!

Vanilla Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2007
I cut this in half, as it is a very large recipe mainly for large groups. While my husband and kids really like it I was not very fond of it. Super easy and quick to make though.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2007
Fantastic!! I was out of a few of the seasonings so I used a steak blend (garlic salt, pepper, onion etc) and a bit of cajun seasoning. It was awesome. My picky kids really enjoyed it and my husband was blown away by it! Per my husbands request we will be having this again.

Hot Jezebel

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
While this wasn't bad it wasn't awesome either. Looks wise it is fairly ugly, but I wasn't going for pretty. I am not sure we will make this again.

No Bake Pumpkin Pie II

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2003
This recipie is very yummy and simple to make. I made it last year and came to this site to find the recipie again cause I had lost it. As the other review said it does tend to fall apart, but the taste and ease more than make up for the small mess.

Baked Apricot Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2003
Very very yummy. We make this all the time, it is fast and simple!! We use breasts rather than thighs though, and serve it over rice. I have made this for lots of gatherings and it is always raved about!
