Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

As others mentioned, I doubled the cheese sauce. It was excellent. Took it to an Easter dinner and everyone was fighting over the leftovers! Cooking time is much longer than written. I even boiled my potatoes for ten minutes ahead and it still took longer than the time listed. But a wonderful recipe!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

For some reason (I think because they never turned out as expected) I have never made meatballs. Loved this recipe. I followed it almost exactly (made some extra meatballs so we could have meatball sandwiches as well) and it was great! The meatballs were delicious with the spaghetti and leftover on meatball sandwiches on Italian bread! Thanks for sharing!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

My husband and I loved this recipe. I did use a jar of alfredo sauce instead of the beef bouillon and added fresh button mushrooms, but followed the rest of the recipe. It was great and I will definitely make it again. P.S. My husband told me to be sure to write a great review for this recipe! That's a compliment!

Artichoke and Tomato Chicken

I added garlic as suggested and this was fabulous! We really enjoyed it. Only had four chicken breasts so we baked the leftover vegetables in a casserole and it was wonderful along with the chicken! Thanks for the recipe!

Garlic Prime Rib

My Canadian Friend's Bean Soup
