Student at CSU for now. Been cooking since I was about 8 years old, in a commercial level kitchen [bed and breakfast].
My favorite things to cook
Beef Wellington, Yorkshire Pudding, Yule Log Cake, Corn Chowder, Poultry of any kind [I'm amazing with those].
I also love trying some of the more difficult gourmet things like Bearnaise sauce.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Yorkshire pudding on Christmas, Deviled eggs on Easter, and Pumpkin stew on Halloween.
