Chocolate Caramel Brownies

These were extremely greasy on the bottom and much too sweet for us. Will not make again and would not recommend to anyone.

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

Awesome burger. Used indoor grill and they didn't stick nor fall apart. Sauteed onions and garlic in olive oil and then added chopped fresh spinach. I also used 3 lbs of ground turkey as the mixture seemed very mushy.

Shepherd's Pie

My kids and husband love this dish. I found that we like it made with cream of chicken soup the best. I also top it with shredded cheddar cheese and the kids love when the cheese gets a little crispy.

Tomato, Basil, and Feta Salad

Excellent salad. Didn't have any fresh basil so I used fresh chives and it turned out great. My husband and I couldn't stop eating it!

Cinnamon-Topped Rhubarb Muffins

Excellent muffins. Great taste and very moist. I did add more sugar to the streusel topping, but that was the only change. The kids even liked them!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Excellent. I followed other reviews and reduced flour to 4 cups. I mixed in my bread machine. Baked at 400 for 8 minutes. Perfect!

Sausage Barley Soup

Very good soup, excellent flavor. I would recommend draining the sausage before putting it in the crockpot so the soups is less oily. Will make again.

Glazed Apple Cookies

These cookies are awesome. My 9 year old son chopped the apples, dropped them on the baking sheet, and iced them. This is definitely a keeper! I wouldn't recommend any changes.

My family loved this! Leftovers were great also. I didn't mash the carrots, just sliced and steamed them. Everything else was great.

Flatlander Chili

Excellent chili. I brown the ground beef and then add all ingredients to the crockpot. Cook on low all day. I don't add the celery or oregano or salt and I use low-sodium tomato juice. Leftovers are great on burgers and omelets.
