Grilled Chipotle Chorizo Chicken Sausage & Shrimp Kabobs

I found the cous cous to be extremely bland and so I ended up adding a lot of seasoning at the end. In addition the marinade as written did not make nearly enough to go on all the kabobs. Most of them just ended up being plain, which was ok because I like shrimp, veggies and sausage. But I really wanted to marinate them to make them extra special. Maybe I didn't make the marinade right or something? I don't know. But I won't be making these again.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Flavor was yummy...I made it just like the recipe said however and it was to crumbly. Next time I will add an extra egg. I also only had a chipotle hot sauce on hand and used that, I think it really added a great flavor.

Pork Chops with Fresh Tomato, Onion, Garlic, and Feta

great quick dish. I didnt have any feta on hand and i used parm and it was still yummy. Always good to find a pork dish that is quick and good....pork is pretty lean and cheap!!
