Pretzel Buns

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2014
Excellent recipe. Just for fun, instead of making rolls as described, I pulled of chunks of dough, rolled them flat, added a tiny mound of sausage, cheese and chili sauce, and then gathered up the corners and pinching them to make a stuffed roll. I used ham and cheese for some others. They were excellent and a big hit.

The Perfect Cinnamon Roll Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2014
Cara, Thanks for posting this! My husband made cinnamon rolls & my son said the last time, the icing had too much of a cream cheese taste. (just like you had said!) Indeed, THIS one is perfect! Yum! Perfect for a snow day! -Maryellen

Serendipity Bread

Freaking awesome bread. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I actually grilled it on a George Foreman grill. (Yeah, I know, but I didn't want to fire up the grill at 10pm) It turned out awesome. I sprinkled garlic, onion, and Kosher salt on the most recent batch, before grilling. The grill was a bit uneven, but it cooked fine, and folks loved it.

Peanut Blossoms II

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2013
Great recipe that we are making for a friend's wedding. (Apparently cookies are a long-standing tradition; who knew?) NOTE: Read the recipe carefully, unlike me. They only want *part* of the sugar mixed with the cookies. I missed that and added the full amount. The cookies turned out just fine. However, I had recipes that do that. If you need the sugar for two separate parts, LIST IT SEPARATELY. But the cookies were awesome. And like it says, watch it closely. The moment you see a tinge of brown, pull the cookies. Thanks for the great recipe.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
Wow, was that good. Very very tasty. My wife hates both Mayo and Parm. I made her try it. She loved it but made me promise not to tell her what was in it. If it passes *her* test, it is damned good.
