I prepared this dough in the bread machine, then added a bit more flour and spread it into a 12' by 17' rectangle pan. I then let it rise for an additional 25 minutes, before topping and baking it. This was a pretty tasty pizza crust, but it wasn't quite what I expected. I'm still on the search for a New York style pizza crust, and am beginning to wonder if I will have to wait until my next trip to NYC to taste that yummy crust. Just a note, even though I used a very large pan this crust was really, really, think, you could probably cut it in half and make two giant 12' by 17' pizzas. My husband gave it four stars.
