Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp Adobe all purpose seasoning 10oz Frozen spinach, thawed and drained Mix, in that order within a large bowl while oven is preheating. Pour into 9x9 baking pan and cook until edges are bubbly. Stir and top with extra cheese and freshly diced tomatoes as desired for presentation. ***Steam fresh spinach makes this recipe MUCH easier. Just microwave for half the time labeled on the bag and drain.

Stuffed Mushrooms II

I changed the breadcrumbs to Italian style breadcrumbs after reading about blandness. I also reduced the breadcrumbs to 1 cup to avoid drying. I added 1/2 clove of garlic minced, about 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and a tiny (about 2 TBS)bit of minced green and red peppers for color.
