I followed the recipe for this photo exactly, except for the addition of nuts at the end. I also like to sometimes toss a little somen noodles with the dressing to serve on the side. May sound crazy, but a tiny bit of blue or gorgonzola cheese somehow goes great with these flavors. If you do try that, just take a little bite on the side first so that it doesn't get lost in your salad if you decide you don't like it.
