Crumb-Coated Cod

I used bottle Basalmic vinegarette dressing and this coating mixture meant for chicken "oven bake". This turn out really good. Tasty, not overwhelming with dressing, and the crunch was nice too. Very easy, fast, and tasty..my kind of recipe :) Thanks

Super Bowl Salsa Dip

Thought this turned out great. It wasn't too thin for me. I used 3/4cup milk at first b/c I read others saying it was too runny, but then I had to add the other 1/4 cup milk later. Nice flavor too. I still have to cook it for another hour, but I think the sausage flavor will get stronger after an hour & it will be even better. Thanks

Margo's Chicken Adobo

I tried this last night. The flavor is awesome but the sauce was a bit watery. I am going to add some cornstarch & water in order to make it a bit more gravy like & stick. Next time I make this I will make it with boneless chicken breasts b/c the meat I got off of the the thighs & drumsticks wasn't very filling for me. Great flavor though

I am a pretty good cook. This is my firsttime making these or risotto. Seemed after the first 2.5 cups of broth was used up the rice was still hard so I kept adding broth,little by little until rice was cooked. The risotto was pretty moist, and I couldnt get it into ball form. Tried rolling & fell apart. I put it in fridge hoping the risotto will dry out & firm up. We shall see

Asian Lettuce Wraps

I never had a lettuce wrap so I have no comparison point but the meat mixture was bland tom me. I didnt use chili sauce bc I thought it would make it too spicy Not bad but not great. I was hoping it would be a little more saucy but it was a little dry. Not sure if I woud try it again

Buttery Cooked Carrots

Very good, quick & easy. I think I left too much water in pan, instead of a syrup it was a little runny. I added a little salt for taste to. I like that salty sweet combo. I will definitley make this again. Thanks

Sweet Italian Green Beans

Awesome recipe, the bacon tastes great with this recipe. I used fresh green beans, and since the tomatoes already have basil & oregano I didn't add the extra herbs. I will definitely make this again, thanks.

Yellow Squash

This tasted great but I added some things and omitted others. I used REAL BACON pieces in a pouch, just heated it up in oil to get bacon flavor. I cubed squash and added shredded carrots. I used onions like the recipe called for. I omitted soy sauce b/c it smelled delicious without it. Would definitely make again. I also used this stuff called JANES CRAZY mixed up salt for extra flavor!

Penne with Chicken and Pesto

I followed this recipe almost exactly. I used all the ingredients called for but I added a little more cream, and eye-balled pasta amount. I think I added a little more pesto b/c it didn't look "green" enough for me LOL. I was worried about low ratings saying it was bland/dry but I thought it was great! I would make this again. TIP: keep sauce and pasta separate, and just add sauce to your liking, don't combine all at once.
