Parmesan Scallops
I think most of the problem with the breading not sticking to the scallops is that you need to make sure the scallop is dry. Pat with a paper towel to dry off then coat in flour seasoned with salt and pepper then coat with above ingredients. Turns out great.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
This is a good tasting sauce. Just made some. Only variation I made was to use half the honey. Turned out awesome.

Best Ever Onion Rings
I used the recipe to make onion strings. I cut the onion into thin rings then halved them. Then dredged them in flour and into the batter. Turned out great! Add some chili powder or ceyenne pepper to the batter for a kick!
