Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Very easy. I like adding the BBQ Sauce later. Added no garlic , salt or pepper. although that would have been ok with the end results. Either way works fine depending on how many ways you end up using the finished product. No liquid smoke!

Pear Pie III

Very good. Used pears from friend's tree. Now I will have to make it every year:). Use 1/4 pound butter, not 1/4 cup butter. Also, I cut the white suger to 3/4 cup and changed the Vanilla to 3teasp.+ 1 teasp almond extract.

Cuban Pork Roast I

Good but too soupy for a main course. Added alot of saffron rice and black beans (yellow rice and frijoles negroes)when serving.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

I made this for 40 people for a 12th Night Celebration. Boy, folks loved it. It was the talk of the meal. I had a huge bag of shallots to use up so I only picked this recipe because of that. The name is a misnomer- It should be Beef Tenderloin with Sherry/Shallot Sauce. I plan on serving it again for Easter dinner. An improvement over our traditional ham. I have already emailed this recipe to several folks who have asked for it. I agree with smoothing the sauce before serving. I used an imersion blender for a better texture.
