Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

I've made this several times with great success! I always use wax paper on pan & it comes out cleanly. Recipe clearly states "use jelly roll pan or cookie sheet" NOT a baking pan. Pls. read instructions BEFORE criticizing!

Italian Sausage Soup

As with all soups you can add/omit veggies and spices according to taste. I always add a couple of tablespoons of fennel seed for a more "Italian" taste and use V8 or tomato juice as the base.

Sour Cream Lemon Pie

One of my favorite recipes from this site. Per suggestions, I also increased the sour cream, lemon juice & zest and decreased the milk. Excellent!
