I haven't cooked since my son went back to school last Sunday.  I have just been really busy.

So, today I took all my leftovers out of the fridge and had them for lunch.  I had 2 stuffed portobello mushrooms, a chicken breast, a bit of low cal cheese dip, and brown rice with quinoa.  I mixed it all up.  It was very good.  

I have an algebra exam tomorrow and maybe I will look up a recipe and make something special for dinner.

Sounds like quite a mixture! Can't wait to see what you make tomorrow. I see you're in Torrance. I used to live in Carlsbad and did water quality work from San Diego to Marina del Rey. Beautiful area...with wonderful produce! Are you taking college courses? Good luck on your algebra exam!
