Wonderful! Couldn't really taste the pumpkin, but that's okay. And I copied the add-ins another reviewer posted. Delicious recipe though, thanks!

Sugar Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
DELICIOUS!! Suuuper tasty. 2 egg whites; 2 tsp water+1 tsp; 1 tsp cinnamon. Taste like a pecan pie's topping (without all the corn syrup), or pecan praline (without the ice cream, et cetra).

Tasty crackers, especially when rolled thin and burnt a little (just what I like). Added more milk (just eye-balled it).

Very good! LOVED the nutmeg/cloves taste! Dense, but not too heavy. And I used applesauce instead of oil.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2011
Sweet and bitter. Very delicious; smells wonderful when it's baking in the oven. Excellent, quick; a simple recipe (even versatile). My favorite :) ~ and a great way to use up cranberries! :) Also, I've been using the whole cranberry bag...and I don't have nuts, but still delicious!

Tasty, and tomato-y but not too much. Definitely filled my entire pot! Wo! And it took about an hour to cook. Certainly versatile, and filling. Thanks for the recipe!
