Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2003
The recipe was pretty good. For something a little different with color, add a little tumeric. This willl make the potatoes golden. Also, try spicy mustard and sour cream. A hint of white peppper always adds an interesting flavor. For spice lovers, a little sprinkle of cayanne pepper on top it a sure hit.

Cajun ? Where is the holy trinity ? This has potential. Advice - use a Cajun spice mixture without salt. Add salt to your taste. Reduce sauce to taste and thicken if necessary.

Tasty mixture. Although, what does this have to do with Filipino Adobo ? Filipino Adobo is a vinegar based cooking method.

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2010
Not a bad recipe. The cake is a little dry and I even took it out earlier than recommend. btw - where in the ingredients do you mention frosting ? That was a surprise to me, while making it. Yep, should have read through it but still, not listed in the ingredients.

Chickpea Curry

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2005
The recipe is good as is. Its better with a tomato added. Also, if you render the liquid down and thicken it, it makes an incredible sauce.
