Peanut Blossoms II
I feel that this recipe is spot-on. I use natural peanut butter, which works well and provides a strong peanut-butter flavor, and I replace the shortening with butter. That's it. Recipe is perfect!

Favorite Peanut Butter Cookies
I was really pleased with this recipe. It makes a nice, moist, slightly chewy peanut-butter cookie with good flavor. We stuck chocolate Kisses on the top of each one right when they came out of the oven!

Champagne Chicken
Easy and tasty. I skipped the mushrooms and added a bit more champagne than the recipe called for. I also added some minced garlic to the oil before sauteing the chicken breasts.
