PERFECT! Used 3/4 C Kernels. Perfectly sweet, buttery, and salty. Was very hard to put into oven because I wanted to keep eating.

Deep Fried Dill Pickles

Awesome! I suggest NOT altering the authors recipe the first time. They will be loved by all. Love dipping in ranch dressing; have altered a few times for a change of pace, but no need to do so. Not any better than the orginal version. Jalapeno strips sound great with this. Another time sprinkled w/ ranch powder, used milk w/ lemon juice to make alt buttermilk, we buy whole pickles and cut some thick and some thin. Again, no reason to do any of it, was just a change of pace.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were TOTALLY AWESOME as recipe originally shown. Started throwing overriped bananas in the freezer so that I could make 3 batches at one time. Daughter and I make mini's and eat right out of the freezer.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Enjoyed this recipe. Added garlic power instead of garlic salt, then added parmesan at the end for the saltiness. Was sad after Halloween when I could not find any marked down pumpkinds.

Real Hummus

These was wonderful! Just keep all ingredients on counter until complete so that you can to suit your taste. I added extra tahini, andother time just extra lemon juice, another time I added cumin. All was good with pita chips and as a spread in tortilla roll ups.

Baked Potato Skins

Yum! I had a huge bag of small potatoes and froze a lot of it with bacon (some with cubed ham) and cheese already toped. Froze well, but have to admit they only lasted 3 weeks in the freezer. Was a great last minute treat for meetings and company.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

I made a huge batch for a group of teens and they were gone in 2 minutes. Made this recipe as shown and only alteration was using mozorella cheese instead of string cheese (which I believe is the same thing just not paying for the cute little shapes and prepackaged).

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Easy to make. Found that pressing down with back of spoon was easier than using the pb cup to do the pressing. Would start melting. Very fun for the kids.
